Turner, an uninspired young man trying to figure out what to do with his life, arrives in hurricane-ravaged New Orleans to work as an insurance claims adjuster. Unprepared to deal with people who have lost everything, he is totally overwhelmed. But when he meets Nixon, a local man who has lost his dog, they embark on a journey that will change Turner’s life.
