REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY:
Tickets:
It is our general policy not to issue refunds or exchanges for ticket purchases. This policy will be clearly spelled out on the ticketing engine check-out page with the words ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review the details of their order before completing their purchase.
The following exceptions to this policy may apply (provided that our systems indicate that you did not redeem your tickets):
•We will refund your full purchase price if your credit card was accidentally charged twice for the same tickets, subject to our independent verification.
•We will refund your full purchase price if you purchased the wrong tickets due to an error in our systems, subject to our independent verification.
•We will exchange your tickets for other tickets of equal value if you purchased tickets using our engine and seats were not available for your event when you arrived, subject to our independent verification.
NOTE: This particular exception may apply even if you redeemed your tickets. However, it shall not apply under any circumstances if you redeemed your tickets at any time later than 10 minutes prior to the published start time of your event.
•We will exchange your tickets for other tickets of equal value if you purchased tickets using our engine and your event was cancelled entirely, subject to our independent verification. This exception shall not apply if your event has been rescheduled for a later date.
